We also covered the idea of authors today. Who wrote Suzanna's homework? Suzanna! Who wrote the books we read? Keep an eye out over the weekend and when you see a book, look who wrote it.

Wednesday Post
Our spelling tests are tomorrow, so I hope you've all been working very hard at your words! We played a few spelling word games today, and you all did very well, so good luck for tomorrow!
I also want to remind you all (and the parents) that in our spelling tests, there is absolutely No Talking Allowed. If you talk or look at another child's test, you will get a zero! So unless it's an emergency, don't.
Of course it's not all doom and gloom; tomorrow, I'll bring in stickers for those who get them all right, and there will also be prizes for the team with the most points!

Monday Post
Welcome back after the weekend and the day off!
It was really nice to be able to see you all again, I've missed you, and it's lovely to be able to speak again.
We have a spelling test this Thursday! You all told me you'd rather have stickers than sweets and candy this week if you get everything right on your spelling tests, so I'll see what I can do...
These are your spelling words:

We also have a new song, which is "Do, Re, Mi". Learn it well!
Also, don't forget the homework, which is the other side of the sheet we did today in class! Ms. Rita is having issues with her internet, so can't upload a picture today. All you have to do is write out the words in your best handwriting, and bring it in tomorrow.
